Taking Crosses

Make the decision early and stick to it, but time your run as late as possible.  This will enable you to asses the flight of the ball, the best place to meet it and provide maximum height and momentum from a one footed jump.

Call for the ball.  Time your jump to meet the ball at the top of the jump.
