Leeds Keeper Crisis

LEEDS UNITED have seen their goalkeeping team hit by an injury crisis which could see them without a senior player between the posts against Sunderland on Saturday.
Nigel Martyn has been out since October with a groin injury and, although he is expected to make a comeback in the reserve team game at Sheffield Wednesday on Thursday, he is unlikely to be risked for the first team so soon.

However, his deputy Paul Robinson is severely doubtful for the game after playing through the pain of a knee injury against Southampton on Saturday.

Nigel Martyn

The England Under-21 stopper, who has impressed deputising for Martyn, picked up the injury in training on Friday, and is now in a race against time to regain his fitness
before Saturday.

Paul Robinson

Third choice stopper Danny Milosevic would have been expected to fill in should Robinson miss out against the Black Cats.

But the Australian international was carried from the training ground on Monday with ankle ligament damage, and he is now braced for a spell on the sidelines.
